Asian Beef with Mushrooms and Snow Peas

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Celia's Mongolian Dipping Oil
• 5 TBS brown Sugar
• Dash of ginger
• 2 tsp rice vinegar
• Snow peas
• Steak ( cut thin slices)
• Mushrooms (cut into slices)
• Olive oil

Directions

1. Sauté the thin cut steaks, then add the mushrooms and peas when steak is about done. Then add the first 5 ingredients till everything is coated. Serve with noodles or rice!
