Peel, core and cut apples into pieces. Place apples in a gallon size ziplock bag. Pour into the bag a 1/2 cup of Celia's Pear Lime Cinnamon Balsamic Vinegar. Squeeze out all the air and zip the bag shut. Place bag into refrigerator for 30 minutes turning the bag every 10 minutes to marinade the apples. After marinading, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the apple mixture into your favorite pie crust, no other ingrediants needed! Bake pie at 350 degrees for 1 hour. No added sugars, this makes a FANTASTIC apple pie that Grandma wished she had made herself!!!
