Jill's Mango Salsa Chicken
Ingredients
Directions
- Place half of the juice of the Mango container in saute pan, add 3 TBS vinegar. Heat to medium heat, add chicken, season to taste and cook until done.

- Drain chicken and set aside on plate. Wipe saute pan clean.

- Place butter in saute pan and heat to medium. Add carrots, onions and celery. Saute until almost done. Add the rest of the Mango juice, Mango chunks, Yogurt, Salsa, 3-4 TBS Vinegar and Chicken and cook until hot. Season to taste.

- Serve alone or over rice or pasta.
