Mushroom Truffle Couscous

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add couscous, Truffle EVOO and salt. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Topping: In a shallow pan, add all topping ingredients and cook until mushrooms are tender. Mix topping with couscous, serve immediately.
  2. Great for grilling or roasting vegetables.
  3. Perfect mashed potato topping.
  4. Marinade pork tenderloin or drizzle over cooked pork for a tasty finish.
  5. Awesome bread dipper.
  6. Try it with your eggs!
