Pomegranate Mimosa

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. pomegranate juice
• 1 glass of dry champagne
• 1/2 oz. Cointreau®
• 1/2 tsp Celia's Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
• garnish with pomegranate arils

Directions

1. Pour champagne into a champagne flute. Mix pomegranate juice and balsamic together and add to champagne, then float the Cointreau® on top. Toss in a few pomegranate arils for garnish.
