Tom's Fig Lemon Honey Sauce

- Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan; sauté onions and garlic until golden. Stir in stock, lemon juice, vinegar, honey and figs; heat and simmer until reduced by half. Turn into food processor, add parsley and process until syrupy.
