Wild Rice Cranberry Salad

- Add long grain and wild rice to the chicken broth in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Let cook for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sugar and paprika to make dressing. In a large bowl, gently mix together the cooled cook rice, green onions, peas, dried cranberries, sesame seeds and dressing.
